A licensed and insured professional engineer, holding registrations in Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. We offer a full range of structural engineering services and will provide signed/sealed framing plans, structural inspections, and forensic services. Framing plans are generated in AutoCAD or Revit with 3D models made available to clients for coordination and construction.

Owner
Tim Sullivan, P.E. received a B.S. In Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell as well as a B.S. in Building Materials and Wood Technology Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He developed professional engineering experience working with Boston area firms Goldsmith, Prest and Ringwall, Siegel Associates Inc., and Webb Structural Services. He is experienced in multiple types of construction including historic wood-frame buildings, conventionally framed homes of today, as well as complicated pre-cast concrete and steel framed buildings with sophisticated foundation systems. We are licensed in Florida, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Connecticut.
